022 – Knowing Who You Are

022 – Knowing Who You Are

Today’s Episode:
Our hearts go out to the people affected by the tragic shooting in Las Vegas. We both know people who were affected. We briefly discuss cruelty and resentment and what could go on in the mind of a killer. Then transition to an uplifting letter that a friend of Michael’s received after his father died. This ties everything back to our previous discussion of determinism or free will.  We think life is a combination of both.

We also talk about how the media immerses us in every aspect of the recent current events and how it is important to have and develop coping mechanisms for whatever life throws at you. We also talk about the importance of being grounded and going back to the things that are most important to you and remember the importance of those who are closest to you or your type one people. We also discuss breathing, knowing who you are, and more.
