014 – Happy Birthday Patrick, Intuition and Maintaining Composure
Podcast: Play in new window | Download
Welcome to episode 14. Yesterday, was Patrick’s birthday. He started the day working out. He also went to the gym later in the day and did a 235 pound lift on the Smith machine. So, he still has something left in the tank. He is grateful for his health, and that he can offer value to people, and that he still has the ability to wield a scalpel. He was also surprised to find the best Manhattan he had ever had at a restaurant last night. The bartender even got a $20 tip. Twice.
We also talk about life beginning at 52, and what would be the best age to live to. We also have a tip about situational awareness and airplanes along with how people seem to get treated better at airports and restaurants when they are dressed nice. After the worst Game of Thrones recap ever, we talk about genius and intuition and how the two complement each other. Then we touch on expanding intuition, being in nature, and the Hollow Tube. Along with disturbing changes and social pressure put on kids with social media and constant smartphone usage.
